These guys are the bad guys, they started out to be neo sov types but I am not sure that they dont look more facist now?!!!In any case they represent the industrial forces of the 'bad guys'. They fight against the Alliance - but also make money from them by dealing with planets that act as the middle man. The alliance doesn't know this ofcourse . . . . . .
